Hello all of you fabuless  fashionistas. It has been a while since our last post, we know, but we do have a pretty darn good excuse. We were both busy turning a year older! Yes, Vicky and I share March as our birthday month. Mine is the sixth and Vicky’s is the 19th. We are both Pisces, and as Pisces we can tend to procrastinate (just a little.) But, we wanted to share with you a few pics of our birthday bash.

Sharing a laugh while Ted (the best drummer ever) looks on.

We had loads of fun dancing the night away and listening to a great live band, The Starliters at our favorite place, Murphs Country Barn. The theme of our party was, what else….Fabulous! And of course being the true thrift shoppers that we are, we paid way less for our fabulous, ummm, shall we say birthday suits.

Blowing out the candles!

Us with one of our favorite people, Bud. He is such a sweetheart!

Teresa with Andy S. Andy plays bass in the band.

We hope you enjoy the pictures and we hope to soon have some more coming your way. Perhaps a Spring edition photo shoot. Hopefully the warm weather we have had these past few days will hold for that. You never know when you live in Tennessee!

Now for the info on our “birthday suits.” Vicky’s black, red and gray print dress by Extra Edition. Black belt with silver buckle and glitter detail. Not pictured, but definitely worn with grace were Vicky’s red, Eienne Aigner heels.

Teresa’s black leather skirt by Tailor Clothing. B Moss Company, around since 1939. (the clothing company, not me or the skirt!) The black and white floral top with ruching is actually a halter top. It is by LA Blues. Since it was a little cool that night I added a black 3/4 length sleeve jacket by Odds and Evens. Not pictured black patent leather Franco Sarto boots.   Outfits purchased at Goodwill.

Till next time be thrifty and stay fabuless!
